We currently only deliver to Germany and Austria.

With which shipping service providers are the orders shipped?

We ship exclusively with DHL.

How can I track my order?

Every order is shipped insured and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way. (Please also check the spam)

Are the wigs suitable for beginners?

Yes, many of our wigs are ready-to-wear and have a fringe, which means you can simply put the wig on and no gluing is necessary, so it is very easy to use. Even lace wigs shouldn't be a problem for beginners with the help of our tutorials and customer service.

Do you sweat under the wig?

No, the caps are breathable so you don't sweat under the wig.

What is a lace?

A lace is a so-called skin-colored tulle tip in the forehead area and is often found in wigs without bangs. It is tailored to your own hairline and blends optically with the skin, making the roots look as authentic as possible. House of Wigs does not have any ponyless wigs without lace in their range, as these usually look very unnatural.

How do I wash the wig?

For washing, we recommend that you fill a bowl or sink with lukewarm water and add a few drops of shampoo. Put your wig in the water and wait until it is soaked. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and repeat the process with a conditioner, being careful not to rub your hair.

Please do not comb the hair when it is wet.

Let the wig air dry, this is best done on a wig stand. Avoid styling products.

The wig regains its original style by itself after washing.

Do the wigs fit every head size?

Yes, the caps are adjustable in size thanks to elastic bands in the neck area and therefore fit every head.

The ponies are long enough and can be cut individually if required.

Can I treat the wig with heat?

Yes, the synthetic hair is heat resistant up to 160°.

Be careful not to exceed 160°.

What does my order include?

Your wig comes with a stylish satin wig bag so that you can store your wig safely and protected from dust.

Each order also includes two wig caps under which you can hide your own hair when wearing the wig.

When ordering a wig with lace, we include our wig tapes for quick and easy gluing.

Can I return my order?

Can I return the order even though I have removed the seal?

To protect our customers and ensure that every customer receives unworn, new items, we do not accept returns of wigs that have had the hygiene seal broken. Without a hygiene seal in its original condition, it cannot be proven whether the item has been worn.

Any additional shipping costs for returned goods without a hygiene seal in their original condition will be borne by the buyer.

Order

My order is defective, wrong or incomplete.

In the event of a complaint, please send us an email to support@houseofwigs.de or use the contact form . If you have received a defective product, please send us photos showing the entire product and the defect.

If you have received the wrong product, please send us a photo of your entire order.

If your order is incomplete, please also contact us by email. Don't forget to include your order number.

I have not received an order confirmation.

Please also check your spam folder if there is no email from us in your inbox. If you still haven't received an order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact customer service at support@houseofwigs.de .

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can of course cancel your order. However, we can only cancel this as long as it has not yet been sent. Making changes to the order: Unfortunately, an order that has already been placed cannot be changed.

If you forgot to put an item in your shopping cart, you are welcome to place a new order. However, we can also cancel the entire order so that you can place it again.

Can I change my delivery address later?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can change your delivery address. Please use the contact form or send us an email to support@houseofwigs.de
